Seasonal Campaigns in Full Swing for Kolter’s Downtown Sarasota and St. Petersburg Properties
As part of a multi-faceted seasonal outreach strategy, United Landmark Associates recently created and launched two new TV campaigns for Kolter’s properties, ONE St. Petersburg and The Mark in Downtown Sarasota. In order to attract visitors during high season in both markets, the Agency is using a mix of targeted cable zones and local broadcast to reinforce print, digital, and social media campaigns. Creative messaging for both projects showcases the excitement of urban living, steps from downtown conveniences and entertainment, in a luxury environment. ULA CO-HOSTS EVENT IN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP YACHT VILLAGE
ULA was a co-host in kicking off the College Football National Championship game in Tampa Bay at Yacht Village along the Downtown waterfront! The event was aboard the 164’ Motoryacht Amarlua Sun. ULA’s co-hosts included Galati Yacht Sales, Bank of the Ozarks and The Sinclair Group. The exclusive evening brought together clients from each organization and was attended by over 200 people, celebrating the championship game between The University of Alabama and Clemson University.

Danielle Jones, Account Manager, produces tactical marketing strategies that drive sales success for real estate clients. A graduate of the University of Tampa, she has more than 10 years of project management and property management experience for companies like UBS Global Real Estate, Crescent Communities, Greystar and Restoration Hardware. Danielle participated in the conversion of the Crescent Bayshore to 2bayshore – from construction and occupancy fulfillment to re-branding and sale of the iconic property. Drawing from subject matter expertise garnered from partnerships with the city, development firms and associations, Danielle is passionate about directly impacting the growth and expansion of skylines throughout Florida.
ULA ASSISTING IN MARKETING INITIATIVES FOR NEW LUXURY HARBOUR ISLAND APARTMENTS
United Landmark Associates has recently been hired by Related Group Development to launch marketing initiatives for their new luxury high-rise apartments on Harbour Island in Downtown Tampa. The project consists of 340 spacious apartments with lavish amenities designed to redefine luxury apartment living in the Tampa Bay area. The project targets empty-nester and baby boomer audiences who want the ease of rental living but still want access to a luxury lifestyle. ULA brings to the project extensive experience marketing to these audiences along with a specialization in luxury brand marketing and a deep-rooted understanding of Harbour Island and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.
