Community Bank’s Branding Campaign

Tampa Bay based bank, Community Bank has signed on ULA to design their new website with a focus on technology, as well as develop branded materials for their newly acquired 17 branches.

After a brand workshop and concept phase, ULA is rolling out new materials for Community Bank featuring a signature logo pattern. In production are a family of product brochures and newspaper ads focusing on home mortgages, SBA loans, treasury management and association services. The new print ads can be seen in SBA Magazine, Sarasota Herald-Tribune and Bradenton Herald.

Customers will also soon see newly designed debit cards and monthly statements. And keep an eye out around the Tampa Bay Area for Community Bank real estate financing signs. The bank is actively lending and has several projects in construction.

Sobel Co. Continues to Report Sales at Barefoot Beach Villas

Sobel Co., a ULA client, continues to report sales at Barefoot Beach Villas in Pompano Beach, Florida. Launched just in the last two months, the community has already presold 50% of the homes to be built. Due to the overwhelming success, Sobel Co. is proud to announce that they have broken ground, ahead of schedule, on the site infrastructure. The next project milestone will occur at the Groundbreaking Event on October 11th, where city and county officials, along with Sobel Co’s executive management team, will break ground on the first townhome building.

Last Thursday, United Landmark Associates coordinated a successful Agents Award Celebration for Water’s Edge, to honor each of the 41 brokers who enabled over 100 families to call Water’s Edge home, in just one year! The evening included hors d’oeuvres and appetizers served by Rumba in the 26th floor penthouse and presentations of the awards to all of the agents. A brand new Apple iPad 2 was given away also and the presentation of awards was followed by dessert and tours of the brand new turn key, furnished model on the 19th floor.

With the help of ULA’s marketing expertise and instrumental marketing campaign implemented throughout the past year, Water’s Edge has also been accredited to becoming the fastest selling condominiums on the West Coast of Florida, therefore allowing them to reach over 65% sold and over $40 Million in sales!

ULA Clients, Sobel Co and Baker Real Estate, officially launched Barefoot Beach Villas this week, with dual launches in both Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Toronto, Canada.  Barefoot Beach Villas is a 34-unit townhome community situated just steps to the beach in Pompano Beach, Florida and is breaking new ground as one of the first pre-construction projects to be introduced in the South Florida marketplace in recent years. The response from both the US and Canadian marketing outreach has been above the projections, due in part to the effective leveraging of print, online, and direct mail strategies, along with a top-notch sales team experienced in international real estate launches. The next major milestone for Barefoot Beach Villas will be the sales events occurring on July 19th in Toronto and July 28th in Fort Lauderdale.

As one of the few Pompano Beach pre-construction projects launched in recent years, ULA has been preparing for the July preview and sale events for Barefoot Beach Villas.

ULA developed an aggressive marketing outreach program targeting both the South/Central Florida and Canadian Markets for Sobel Co. and Baker Real Estate.  A combination of online and print advertising, public relations, email and direct-mail marketing are all part of the focused strategy to ensure a successful domestic and international launch.
