Over the past few months, ULA has been coordinating a Grand Opportunity Event for Water’s Edge luxury condominiums. With partners such as Robb & Stucky Interiors, Neiman Marcus, Galati Yachts, Dew Automotives, June’s Orchid Estate and Menaul Fine Art in participation, the event, held on Thursday, July 29, was much more than a success; it marked history in the Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast area with over 700 guests in attendance. The guests were able to tour the unbelievable residences being released at up to 50% off the original listing prices while also privileged with live music, libations and sumptuous Hors d’oeuvres. Complementary rides also were given by Dew Luxury Motor Cars down to the new marina to tour a Galati yacht. The momentum garnered from the Grand Opportunity Event is being recognized as the residential jump-start for Downtown Clearwater’s revival.

Over the past couple of months ULA has been been developing a comprehensive strategic plan to re-launch the Water’s Edge tower condominium in Clearwater, Florida. Some of the tools we have used to implant our strategic plan have been creating a brand new Web site, new collateral, email marketing, banners, floor plans, a full brochure, as well as planning the grand opening event for Water’s Edge. ULA client, HMY Yacht Sales, is proud to announce its appointment as the Maritimo Yacht Dealer for Florida’s East Coast, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. ULA created a new section to the HMY website for all of the Maritimo assests, including a full photo library and extensive details on Maritimo yachts. ULA was instrumental in coordinating a co-marketing envoy and sales event bringing together CFR Yacht Sales and Viking Yachts’ clients to a three day VIP celebration at the Scrub Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands. The private event was held to celebrate the grand opening of the Scrub Island Resort. This is just one of the many co-marketing programs ULA is coordinating for their clients. ULA helped to make final preparations for the official sales launch of the Mainsail Lodge & Beach Inn – Anna Maria Island’s newest hotel-condominium development.
With just 39 hotel-condominiums offered for sale, ULA developed an innovative and uniquely targeted marketing plan consisting of online media, direct mail, and print advertising. In addition, ULA has developed an “on the ground” marketing campaign for the on-site sales team to implement in the local community.
The on-site sales center, will wow buyers with a custom built scaled model of the village and marina. In addition, other sales tools designed and produced through ULA include custom sales center displays including stunning artist’s renderings, multimedia sales display, and more.
United Landmark Associates welcomes Erin Rush as their most recent intern. Erin is a Tampa, Florida native who attended Wharton High School and just completed her third year at the University of Florida. She is studying Telecommunications with an outside concentration in Business Administration. Erin dedicates most of her time to various clubs on campus. She is a member of the Advertising Society, Public Relations Student Society of America, Student Alumni Associated and the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.
Earlier this week, ULA launched the new Water’s Edge website. The Agency did a complete redesign of the old website as part of the comprehensive marketing program outlined for the relaunch of the project. Sales for Water’s Edge condo’s begin on July 30, 2010.
