Baker Real Estate, with 2010 retail sales of $1.5 billion, has partnered with ULA to assist in their expansion to the Florida market. ULA’s decades of real estate experience in the major markets of Florida will provide Baker with guidance and introductions to the developer and home builder industries. Baker will be positioned as and become a major force in Florida new home sales.
ULA advertising and public relations support will be tapped as Baker signs on new projects. The first being Barefoot Beach, new construction town homes in Pompano Beach, where ULA represents the developer, Sobel Co., and Baker Real Estate.
