ULA has begun a comprehensive social media marketing program on behalf of Water’s Edge primarily targeting real estate professionals. The program includes the optimization of multiple social media platforms including Facebook. To help grow the Water’s Edge social network, the Agency recently launched a social media and email marketing contest in which individuals can “like” Water’s Edge to be entered to win a new Apple iPad. The initial launch of the program has resulted in a significant increase of the Water’s Edge social network. The Agency will continue to put more aggressive initiatives together as the second-home market comes to Florida this season. Watch for our next social media webinar to be announced soon!
Palm Harbor Marina representative John Smundin and ULA President Don Niederpruem, continued the Co-Marketing Marina Envoy for Palm Harbor Marina in late August, covering the Mid-Atlantic and the Carolinas. Included were stops in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and South Carolina. Pictured below are targeted facilities in the Charleston, South Carolina area. As a result of the envoy, several facilities have chosen to participate in co-marketing efforts to create new customers for Palm Harbor Marina and participating partners.
As part of the ongoing marketing program for Palm Harbor Marina, United Landmark Associates has just completed a complete merchandising program for the marina. The program included working with apparel companies such as Cutter & Buck and Gear to create a full line of Palm Harbor Marina apparel. The new apparel can now be purchased within the Palm Harbor Marina ship store and at palmharbormarinawear.com, an online ecommerce apparel site that ULA has just launched. Check out the brand new billboard campaign that ULA has created for Evergreen at Trinity East, one of the newest neighborhoods in the master planned community of Trinity, FL. Look for the new boards coming soon to State Road 54 and Gunn Highway.
ULA has implemented a month long Co-Marketing Marina Envoy Program in the Carolinas, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and New England for Palm Harbor Marina. This program will establish premium marketing alliances with a select number of marina facilities that share a customer base with Palm Harbor Marina. ULA President, Don Niederpruem, recently visited the Piper Aircraft manufacturing facilities in Vero Beach, FL. Don toured the factory with executive Vice President of Piper Aircraft, Randy Groom, and discussed Piper’s ongoing strategic international growth plans, as well as new marketing ideas.
Over the past few months, ULA has been coordinating a Grand Opportunity Event for Water’s Edge luxury condominiums. With partners such as Robb & Stucky Interiors, Neiman Marcus, Galati Yachts, Dew Automotives, June’s Orchid Estate and Menaul Fine Art in participation, the event, held on Thursday, July 29, was much more than a success; it marked history in the Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast area with over 700 guests in attendance. The guests were able to tour the unbelievable residences being released at up to 50% off the original listing prices while also privileged with live music, libations and sumptuous Hors d’oeuvres. Complementary rides also were given by Dew Luxury Motor Cars down to the new marina to tour a Galati yacht. The momentum garnered from the Grand Opportunity Event is being recognized as the residential jump-start for Downtown Clearwater’s revival.
