ULA is making the final preparations for the official sales launch of the Mainsail Lodge & Beach Inn – Anna Maria Island’s newest hotel-condominium development.
With just 39 hotel-condominiums offered for sale, ULA has developed an innovative and uniquely targeted marketing plan consisting of online media, direct mail, and print advertising. In addition, the ULA has developed an “on the ground” marketing campaign for the on-site sales team to implement in the local community.
The on-site sales center, opening this month, will wow buyers with a custom built scaled model of the village and marina. In addition, other sales tools designed and produced through ULA include custom sales center displays including stunning artist’s renderings, multimedia sales display, and more.
