The developers of Trinity have announced the addition of two new builders in the newest neighborhood of the master-planned community, Evergreen at Trinity East. Arthur Rutenberg Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes will now join Samuelsen Builders. While each builder is currently planning to have a model home open this fall, ULA is working with the builders and developers to plan a fall model showcase grand opening to promote the new models. Shawnti Amill
United Landmark Associates welcomes Shawnti Amill as one of their most recent interns. Shawnti is a Tampa, Florida native who attended H.B. Plant High School and recently graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communication/Media Studies and minors in both Business and Psychology. While at Florida State, Shawnti spent most of her time getting involved on campus. She was a 4 year member of the Florida State University Co-Ed Cheerleading team, as well as on the executive board for Chi Omega Sorority, and a 2 year member of the Florida State University Advertising Club.
Nick Wright
United Landmark Associates also welcomes Nick Wright as one of their most recent interns. Nick is a London, England native who has traveled to America for the summer to learn more about the world of advertising. He recently graduated from Cardiff University, located in the capital of Whales, with degrees in both Law and Politics. While in college Nick remained very athletic, participating in soccer, rugby, cricket, and a number of other sports. He is currently interested in getting a better perspective on what the advertising/marketing world has to offer and eventually hopes to pursue a career in law.

ULA is making the final preparations for the official sales launch of the Mainsail Lodge & Beach Inn – Anna Maria Island’s newest hotel-condominium development.
With just 39 hotel-condominiums offered for sale, ULA has developed an innovative and uniquely targeted marketing plan consisting of online media, direct mail, and print advertising. In addition, the ULA has developed an “on the ground” marketing campaign for the on-site sales team to implement in the local community.
