ULA establishes new Real Estate critical sales path for Charleston Resort Community

United Landmark Associates worked directly with Wild Dunes and Destination Hotels and Resorts Management Teams to establish a new resort check-in sequence and real estate critical sales path. The assignment included a complete assessment and audit of the resort signage program, guest check-in and critical sales path for real estate sales. ULA provided strategic design recommendations for updating and relocating the sales office and resort check-in as well as a comprehensive interior design program, sales displays and sales center program.
