This week Grant Wood of Stingray Asset Management gave the ULA Team a tour of Water’s Edge, a luxury residential tower in downtown Clearwater, Florida. Water’s Edge is a 26 story tower with 153 residential units. ULA is currently planning a Grand Opening and new sales program for residential sales which will begin this summer.  For more information on Water’s Edge visit www.yourwatersedge.com.

United Landmark Associates worked directly with Wild Dunes and Destination Hotels and Resorts Management Teams to establish a new resort check-in sequence and real estate critical sales path. The assignment included a complete assessment and audit of the resort signage program, guest check-in and critical sales path for real estate sales. ULA provided strategic design recommendations for updating and relocating the sales office and resort check-in as well as a comprehensive interior design program, sales displays and sales center program.

ULA has worked directly with Stonelake Ranch and Arthur Rutenberg Homes to create a new custom home and lot package which was announced to the market this Spring. The community and home builder have seen increased levels of traffic and sales due to the announcement.

ULA is currently working with Mainsail Lodging and Development on the launch of the Mainsail Lodge & Beach Inn. The strategic launch programming will include:

• Creating of a new critical sales path
• Hiring and training new sales associates
• Development of sales tools
• Opening a Real Estate Sales Center
• Partnership marketing programs with Galati Yacht Sales and the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce

ULA is also creating a comprehensive marketing program which includes events, online advertising, direct mail and print advertising.

The Mainsail Lodge and Beach Inn is scheduled to launch late June 2010.
