Aqua Launched for Home Sales

The opening of the new sales gallery for the luxury condominium community of Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club marks the community's release into the Naples real estate market.

Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club is a condominium community on the Gulf of Mexico with 80 luxury homes planned for the dual tower project.

Construction will be managed by Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction.

The community will feature a private marina with direct Gulf of Mexico access, guest cottages, rooftop gardens, private theater, spa and wellness center, cigar lounge, billiards room, wine tasting room and professional concierge services.

The estate residences will begin at approximately 3,800 square feet, with penthouses offered up to 7,500 square feet. Home prices range from $1.9 to more the $6 million.

The two-story, glass arrival lobby will overlook fountains and a resort-style pool. A 29-slip marina will accommodate yachts up to 55 feet.

The sales gallery is a 3,000-square foot facility complete with offices for The Bentley Sales Group, the exclusive real estate firm selected to market the property, and a conference room.

The sales gallery is at 13240 U.S. 41 N. in the Royal Cove Plaza. Jill Rogers and Joanna Fish are the representatives for Aqua.
