Wiggins Pass Site Is Cleared for Construction of Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club

Homebuyers can now reserve a residence in the exclusive community - After much anticipation, construction preparations for the super luxury condominium community, Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club, are underway. The site has been cleared, and construction is scheduled to begin this summer for the dual tower, 80 residence community, which will offer a 29-slip yacht harbor with direct Gulf access and personalized service to rival many upscale resorts.

Aqua is being developed by EcoGroup, Inc., a Tampa-based real estate development company, which prides itself in using environmentally friendly construction methods. With the combination of EcoGroup's reputation as a unique luxury condominium developer and the buzz about the level of amenities and services to be offered at Aqua, it is fast becoming one of Naples' most highly anticipated new condominium communities.

EcoGroup President Ed Oelschlaeger commented that because of a shortage of available Gulf-front property, Aqua is among very few new communities that will be able to accommodate yachts of up to 55 feet in length.
