New Aqua Sales Gallery is a "Hot Spot" for Local Realtors

Wireless Internet and specialty coffee bar create a virtual office for busy agents - Real estate sales is a busy job, with agents often rushing between appointments all day.  The sales team at Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club has created a respite for those with time between morning appointments, but no time to make it back to the office.  Aqua’s spectacular new sales gallery is equipped with wireless Internet service, a specialty coffee bar and tranquil seating areas, all of which are open for real estate agents to enjoy.

The purpose of opening the sales gallery to all agents is twofold: to provide agents with an alternative to the local coffee shop and to ensure that they are familiar with the upcoming super luxury condominium community.

Jill Rogers, vice president of The Bentley Sales Group, Aqua's official real estate firm, commented on the advantage to outside realtors. "Every detail was accounted for in the sales gallery, so the homebuyers would feel pampered and at home. The layout and amenities are also perfect for on-the-go agents, who sometimes just need a cappuccino and a quiet place to log onto the Internet. We welcome them to visit us beginning at 9:00 a.m. on weekday mornings."

Hundreds of interested home buyers and realtors were introduced to Aqua's state-of-the-art sales gallery at their grand opening bash earlier this month. According to Ed Oelschlaeger, president of EcoGroup, Inc., Aqua's developer, "The sales gallery is a beautiful prelude to the style and ambiance that Aqua will offer. We were pleased that so many friends and colleagues joined us in celebrating the grand opening, and we anticipate strong market acceptance of this spectacular community."

Located in the Royal Cove Plaza at 13240 Tamiami Trail North behind Abbey Carpet, Construction on the dual tower, 80 residence community is scheduled to begin in early summer.
