Brokers Commission Increased to Five Percent at Stonelake Ranch

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL ñ The sales and development team at Stonelake Ranch is sweetening the deal for brokers whose clients purchase a home site, increasing the commission to five percent from the previous three percent.

With sales continuing despite a statewide slowdown, the community is two-thirds sold out, and construction activity remains strong. More than 10 families already call Stonelake Ranch home, and several more are scheduled to take residence in the coming weeks. At this time, desirable estate-sized home sites, including a few select waterfront sites, are available in the community, in sizes ranging from 1.5 to more than 8 acres and prices ranging from the $400s to the $900s.
