John Cannon Homes Completes Luxury Model at Stonelake Ranch

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL ñ A luxurious, custom model home built by John Cannon Homes is now open for tours in Stonelake Ranch. The home features more than 7,000 square feet of air conditioned space (10,500 total square feet) and is located at 12221 Broadwater Loop.

The elegant home is Cannonís Carramar model, which boasts a dramatic two-story seamless glass wall overlooking Lake Thonotosassa and providing unobstructed water views of nearly a mile. With seven bedrooms, seven baths and more than two acres of property, the home provides plenty of room to live, entertain and enjoy the natural surroundings of Stonelake Ranch. The Carramar model will be staffed for tours 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and by appointment during the week. John Cannon Homes currently has two homes completed and two under construction at Stonelake Ranch, with other projects pending.
