Miami Boat Show Attendees Find Waterfront Living Options

MIAMI - The 2007 Miami Boat Show proved the perfect place to select a new yacht – and an exciting new community in which to dock it. On Saturday night, Florida real estate brokerage firm The Bentley Sales Group joined forces with Power and Motoryacht Magazine, Viking Yachts, Galati Yacht Sales and HMY Yacht Sales to introduce two new waterfront communities to some 600 guests.

The Bentley Sales Group presented Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club, a super luxury, dual tower condominium community on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples and New Port Tampa Bay, a unique 1,200 residence urban village in Tampa as two new must-have addresses on Florida's west coast. The real estate and yacht sales partnership was a natural one, said Jack Halkowich, Vice President of The Bentley Sales Group, as these two communities offer the type of cutting-edge, waterfront lifestyle that yachting aficionados demand.

"Attendees of the Miami Boat Show are serious about yachting," Halkowich said.  "Aqua and New Port are both premier yachting communities, and they're in two of Florida's most dynamic cities.  Reaching hundreds of boating enthusiasts while associating The Bentley Sales Group developments with the best yacht manufacturers and brokers was a strong outreach for us."

Combining forces to reach the same client is a function of marketing, and no one knows this concept better than Dennis O'Neill, Publisher of Power & Motoryacht Magazine. "The person who buys a luxury waterfront residence is, many times, also in the market for other luxury goods, and vice versa," said O'Neill.
