United Landmark Associates and Galati Yacht Sales Develop Co-Marketing Efforts

Tampa, FL - United Landmark Associates, Inc., (ULA) and Galati Yacht Sales have partnered on co-marketing efforts for select Florida luxury waterfront real estate developments represented by ULA.

A recent partnership was formalized with ULA’s client Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club in Naples, FL.  Galati will be working with ULA and the developer, Collier Enterprises, to create a series of VIP boat show events, as well as on-site boating safety education courses, and a trial yacht club membership program for new purchasers of Galati yachts.  In addition, ULA and Galati are currently working with Tidemark Beach and Marina Residence Club, located in Anna Maria Island, FL, to develop similar synergistic programs.

The marketing partnership between ULA and Galati Yacht Sales began in 2006 with a large scale lifestyle event hosted by one of ULA’s luxury waterfront real estate developments.  The event included a Galati yacht show, along with luxury vehicles provided by Reeves Import Motorcars, and a fashion show by Neiman Marcus.
Due to the success of the 2006 event, ULA and Galati have continued to generate new and expanded marketing strategies that showcase the luxury waterfront lifestyle offered by Galati Yacht Sales and select luxury waterfront developments.
