Naples, FL - United Landmark Associates and Collier Enterprises have partnered to launch Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club.

The partnership between United Landmark Associates and Collier Enterprises began in the 1990s with the launch of Collier’s Reserve, a private, member–owned country club community of 224 homes, and the first Audubon Signature Cooperative Sanctuary in the world. The partnership was recently rekindled in order to develop strategic programming and launch plans for Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, which will become part of the amenities package for a large master-planned community currently being envisioned under the name Sabal Bay.

Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club is a new state–of–the–art yacht club in a premier location offering the quickest and most convenient Gulf access in Naples Bay.

The facility has 325 dry slips for boats up to 50 feet in a one–of–a–kind hurricane boathouse designed to withstand winds up to 150 mph; and 35 wet slips for boats up to 60 feet. Members will enjoy a new level of luxury concierge boating services and waterfront lifestyle programs.

Members can arrive by land or sea to the distinctive Old Florida–style clubhouse, and gather with friends and family to dine, relax at the bar, and take in the breathtaking views and sunsets over Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Hamilton Harbor is being created in the Collier family tradition of excellence and environmental stewardship.  Dedicated to responsible long-range planning and careful development of lands in Southwest Florida, Collier Enterprises was established in 1976 under the leadership of Miles C. Collier, grandson of Barron Gift Collier, founder of Collier County.
