Crescent Communities continues long-term focus on Austin, Texas.

As Crescent Communities continues to plan a long-term development strategy within the growing Austin, Texas market, United Landmark Associates has been asked to assist with ongoing market research and envisioning for two of the companies proposed communities.

Much of the company's focus is toward the ongoing development strategy of The Highlands, a 1,500-acre master-planned community located on south Lake Travis. ULA has played a key role in the envisioning of the community as well as provided market launch strategies, sales programming and amenities consulting.

ULA also completed a comprehensive market analysis for Austin's downtown condo market as well as a sales and marketing audit for Crescent's proposed downtown condo project. Crescent Communities is currently utilizing this marketing audit for ongoing strategic planning.
