Bluegreen Golf & ULA Strengthen Strategic Partnership

United Landmark Associates and Bluegreen Golf Communities, one of the nation's largest developers of master-planned communities, have partnered to launch Bluegreen's newest golf course community, The Bridges at Preston Crossings.

As part of an going strategic partnership with Bluegreen Communities, ULA was asked to brand the community, create a strategic community launch plan and execute a multi-marketing channel outreach program.

The Bridges at Preston Crossings is the latest community Bluegreen has created as part of their ongoing development strategy, offering quality master-planned communities near major metropolitan areas where land is often more plentiful as well as more affordable.
