Ryan Dougherty - Sales and Account Manager

Ryan joined the United Landmark team after having worked extensively with the ULA team throughout his ten years at Bayfair Homes - a Tampa-based luxury builder/developer. He currently also serves as a key member of Donald Roberts, Inc (ULA’s real estate sales brokerage affiliate) as sales manager for its Southwest Florida sales operations.

Ryan brings with him proven experience in sales, sales management, and marketing strategy to the ULA team. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Economics.

Ryan is an active member in the homebuilding industry and is certified by the National Association of Homebuilder’s with the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) certification. He is also a board member for the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association Sales & Marketing Council and is a licensed Florida real estate sales professional.
