Don Niederpruem has mastered the real estate business from the groundbreaking up. After serving in various positions with a well-known New York Stock Exchange Company, he served as a Vice President for one of the nation’s top 20 homebuilders, diligently earning his stripes in every aspect of real estate financing, development, marketing and sales. Seeing an opportunity to serve the unique needs of master-planned community developers and homebuilders, Don founded United Landmark Associates in 1984. The firm quickly established a reputation for delivering landmark results to a prestigious list of clients located throughout the U.S. and abroad.
