Don Niederpruem has mastered the advertising and marketing businesses from the ground up. After serving in various positions with a well-known New York Stock Exchange Company, he served as a Vice President for one of the nation’s top 20 homebuilders, diligently earning his stripes in every aspect of real estate financing, development, marketing and sales. Seeing an opportunity to serve the unique needs of Developers, Homebuilders and growing companies Don founded United Landmark Associates in 1984. The firm quickly established a reputation for delivering landmark results to a prestigious list of clients located throughout the U.S. and abroad. With over a decade of marine marketing experience and extensive knowledge of the aviation industry, Don is an expert in generating sales for clients in all aspects of the luxury market.
