Annette Kent – accountant

Annette has come to United Landmark with over 15 years of accounting experience in the Tampa Bay area, primarily in residential home building or commercial real estate services; her most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer for Tripp Trademark Homes. She has extensive knowledge in management accounting as it relates to business development, growth and improvement of processes and procedures. Annette received her bachelors degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
