PHILLIP METZ – Vice President
As Vice President, Phil oversees the execution
of strategic planning for ULA clients. Phil
helps to develop and sustain targeted marketing
strategies, tactics and budgets to assist
clients in reaching and exceeding sales
goals. His responsibilities include overall
strategic planning, brand development,
online marketing strategy, project launch
sequencing and market research.
Phil has consulted with developers and
homebuilders from the Southeastern U.S.
and across the country including California,
Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana,
Tennessee, and Texas to regions of the
Caribbean including the Bahamas and the
Cayman Islands. He has consulted with one
of the nation's largest developers of master-planned
communities in several different markets.
Phil’s
expertise ranges from handling strategic
market launches for master-planned communities
to mixed-use projects, urban infill villages,
luxury residences and Traditional Neighborhood
Developments.
Phil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree
in Communications from Colorado State University
and his M.B.A. from Florida Metropolitan
University. The National Association of
Homebuilders (NAHB) also recognizes Phil
as a Certified Marketing Professional (C.M.P.). |
